Choc Cake with fruit

115 g butter

150 g sugar

50 g brown sugar

80 g flour

3 eggs

230 g dark chocolate

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

Whipped cream and fresh fruits for decoration.

Melt the chocolate and butter together over a water bath. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Stir together the sugar, brown sugar, and the chocolate mixture.

Add the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time.

Finally, fold in the dry ingredients with a spatula.

Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper that has been lightly greased with butter.

Bake at 175°C for 30-35 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool, then decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
