Cheese Crackers

85 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar)

30 g butter or margarine

50 g flour

1/4 tsp salt

A pinch of chili flakes

1/2 tbsp milk

Combine all the ingredients and knead them together until smooth.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

Cut into small squares, for example, using a pizza cutter.

Arrange the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 175°C for 12-15 minutes until golden.
