The base is very simple:

3 eggs

1 dl milk

180 g flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

3/4 dl oil

100 g grated cheese

Then you can choose from a variety of fillings:

a) Smoked ham and olives

b) Feta cheese and zucchini (reduce the liquid slightly for the zucchini)

c) Cherry tomatoes, basil, and feta cheese

d) Salmon, bell pepper, and a little dill

Start by whisking together the eggs, oil, and milk.

Add the dry ingredients and gently mix together.

Add cheese and your chosen filling to the batter and pour into a baking paper-lined loaf pan.

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until the loaf is golden brown and cooked through.
