Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

500 g ground chicken

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

2 spring onions, finely chopped

1/3 cup finely chopped carrot

1/3 cup finely chopped celery

1 garlic clove, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Form about 30 small meatballs.

Arrange the meatballs on baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Place the meatballs in a bowl and pour hot sauce over them. Shake the bowl to coat the meatballs evenly with the sauce.

Serve with Frank's hot sauce, along with Ranch or blue cheese dressing.
