Brownies
80 g flour
280 g dark chocolate
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
280 g brown sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.25 tsp salt
200 g melted butter
Whip the eggs and brown sugar together, chop all the chocolate and melt half of it.
Combine everything together and mix.
Bake at 175 °C for about 30 minutes (insert a toothpick to check for doneness).
