Brownie Cookies
100 g flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
200 g chopped chocolate
40 g margarine
50 g sugar
50 g brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g chocolate chips
Melt the chopped chocolate and margarine together using a double boiler.
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder) with the eggs and sugars in a bowl.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl and stir.
Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
The dough will be quite soft, but it thickens slightly after resting for 10-15 minutes. After resting, spoon the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using teaspoons.
Bake the cookies at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
