Banana bread
1 egg
150 g sugar
2 ripe bananas
250 g flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Whisk the egg and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Mash the bananas and mix them into the egg and sugar mixture.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
