Banana Cake

Banana Cake

3 eggs

170 g sugar

2 tsp vanilla sugar

125 g flour

1 tsp baking powder

100 g melted and cooled butter

1½ mashed banana

For topping the cake:

100 g melted chocolate

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Combine the flour and baking powder, then mash the bananas into the melted butter and mix everything together. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin.

Bake at 160°C for 50 minutes.

Melt the chocolate, spread it over the cake and allow it to cool.
