BBQ Chicken Wings
8-10 chicken wings
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
100 g BBQ sauce
1 tsp oil
Start by mixing together the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cut the chicken wings into three pieces, discarding the wing tips. Season the chicken wings with half of the spice mixture and save the other half for later.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and cook the chicken wings for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for another 10 minutes.
Mix one tablespoon of brown sugar into the remaining spice blend.
Place the cooked wings in a clean bowl, add the spice mixture, and toss well using a spatula.
Add BBQ sauce to the bowl to your liking and mix everything together before serving.
