140 g rice

340 ml water

1-2 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 chicken stock cube

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 finely sliced chili or jalapeƱo

Let the pot sit for a few minutes without a lid after boiling to allow excess liquid to evaporate.
