Air Fryer Fish Burger

Air Fryer Fish Burger

2 fillets of tilapia or cod, skinless

1/2 dl panko breadcrumbs

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

a pinch of chili powder

a tiny bit of black pepper, ground

1 tbsp flour

1 egg

2 potato hamburger buns

iceberg lettuce

slices of pickles

Tartar Sauce:

4 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

4 slices of pickles, finely chopped

1 tsp capers, finely chopped

black pepper

Start by cracking the egg into a deep dish. In another deep dish, place the breadcrumbs and spices. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C . Cut each fish fillet in half to create pieces that fit well on the hamburger bun. Sprinkle a tablespoon of flour over the fish. Dip the fish in the egg and then coat it with the breadcrumbs. Spray a little oil on the fish and fry in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the tartar sauce. Serve on potato buns with shredded iceberg lettuce, pickles, and tartar sauce.
